Administrative Responsibility
Irpinia Zinc Srl has upgraded its model of organization, management and control with the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 231/01. The management of the business activities is based on the values of efficiency, fairness and loyalty.
For this reason, the Company has adopted a Code of Ethics and has an INTERNAL REGULATORY BODY (ODV), responsible for monitoring the functioning and compliance of the model and its updating.
